Blast Legal
your mission control for navigating the legal universe
Brenda Marie Miranda, Esq.
Brenda is a Florida native, she was born in Miami and spent a majority of her early childhood on the west coast and in central Florida. She has been dedicated to helping families since 2015 when she began her journey as a legal assistant. This early experience gave her a front-row seat to the importance of protecting families and their most valuable assets and sparked a career-long commitment to advocacy and protection.
Throughout her legal training, Brenda gained extensive experience in property damage insurance claims, personal injury, workers' compensation, family law, and criminal defense. Her passion for service led her to impactful internships with Americans for Immigrant Justice, Catholic Legal Services for the Archdiocese of Miami, Collier County Legal Aid, and the Lee County Public Defender’s Office. Her academic excellence was recognized in 2019, when she was honored with the CALI Award in Family Law. Brenda is a graduate of Miami-Dade College and Florida International University, and she earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law. She has also been a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate since 2015.
Outside of her professional life, Brenda shares her world with her high school sweetheart husband and their son. As a family, they stay connected by exploring Florida’s natural beauty through nature walks, beach trips, and museum visits. Brenda also finds balance through her own personal passions; whether she is laughing at a stand-up comedy show, catching up on podcasts, or finding her focus at a pottery wheel, she believes that a sense of humor and a creative outlet are the best ways to stay grounded in a fast-paced world.
